Adjustments can be made available for students under certain conditions, based on a needs assessment upon arrival at the University.

Students who have been allocated a place in the university dormitories may benefit from free accommodation (in dormitories C4, C6, C7, C8, C10, C12, and C13) or from a reduced accommodation fee (in dormitories with a higher level of comfort), within the limits of the subsidies allocated for this purpose during the academic year, if they belong to one of the following categories:
a) Romanian students who are orphans of one or both parents (up to 26 years old);
b) Romanian students from single-parent families (up to 26 years old);
c) Students under special protection measures;
d) Students with disabilities, with or without a personal assistant (including the assistant);
e) Foreign students who benefit from tuition fee exemption and are Romanian government scholarship holders, with or without a scholarship.
The allocation of discounts and exemptions is managed by the DCC (Student Social Services Department), based on supporting documents submitted by the students.
Students who are orphans (having lost both parents) or are under special protection (such as foster care) are granted priority in receiving a place in our dormitories, provided they have earned at least 30 academic credits in the previous academic year.
