Procedures for students

Procedure to be recognised as a student with fewer opportunities

1.    A simplified procedure for students who benefit or have already benefited from an arrangement in their school/university of origin
2.    A complete procedure for students who have no arrangement or who wish to have additional arrangement other than those already granted in their previous institution 

For the simplified procedure:
Send to the inclusion officer of your campus, the arrangements granted by the home university translated into French or English.
CESI Disability and Inclusion Committee will issue an opinion on the portability of the requested arrangements. 

For the complete procedure:
The student prepares a file requesting arrangements of the evaluations and studies conditions
In conjunction with the campus Inclusion Officer, complete the "Arrangement Request" document, in order to identify the arrangement needs necessary . 
Attach a medical opinion from a doctor designated by the CDAPH (French Comission for Disability person's rights and autonomy) , specifying the arrangement required for the studies and/or the exams.
CESI Disability and Inclusion Committee will issue an opinion

Activities

Preparatory visits

Contact the Campus Inclusion Officer to identify the situation and anticipate it before arriving on Campus.

The preparatory visit can be done, depending on the possibilities and needs, remotely (video conference) or on site. It can consist of a visit of the premises, a day of immersion, an interview in order to anticipate the study situations and the necessary arrangements.
