The procedure is simply to fill in the application form (https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=N4-dRPR6c0K6MDg_P7f… ). In this form, there's a specific question about special needs and a link to another more detailed questionnaire about their situation. The file is then sent to the inclusive service by the international service. They keep in close contact throughout the procedure.
