What is the procedure to be recognised as a student with a disability?
To prepare for your arrival to TBS under the best possible conditions, you will be asked during the registration process if you need to be accompanied for special needs. You will then be contacted by our disability advisor as soon as you have confirmed your registration with TBS. During this first interview, you will be able to get to know the school resource person who will accompany you during your studies. Regular meetings will be scheduled which will allow us to verify the adequacy of the measures we implemented to meet your needs and, ,if necessary, adapt them according to the evolution of your situation.

What can students expect?
As soon as you are admitted to TBS and at any time during your studies, the school's disability referent is at your disposal. Its different missions make it possible to meet your specific needs:
- Welcoming learners with disabilities in complete confidentiality and advising them on their journey through your time at TBS
- Offering individualized responses based on specific identified needs
- Coordinating the implementation of arrangements in conjunction with the teaching teams and the school's support services
- Facilitating international mobility and integration into a company during internships or work-study periods.
Depending on your situation, you may be offered the following arrangements:
- Educational or organizational arrangements, increased time during exams, adaptation of materials, management of timetables, organization of courses, etc
- Human assistance: integration tutoring, examination secretary, etc
- Material and technical aids: computer loan, comfortable seating and suitable placement in classrooms, occasional assistance with autonomy, etc.
Adjustments for students with disabilities
Adjustments can be made available for students under certain conditions, based on a needs assessment upon arrival at the University.
